UFCW LOCAL 770 represents workers in the retail food, meat, drug stores, packinghouses, food processing plants, pharmacies, laboratories, as well as barbers and beauticians.
Originally chartered by the Retail Clerks Association, Local 770 has been representing the interests of retail workers in Los Angeles County for 60 years and has grown from a modest 200 individuals to a 30,000 member organization.
